Mavericks Construction LLC provides residential framing, roofing, and deck construction in Genesee and Oakland County, Michigan. We are fully insured and SAM.gov registered (UEI: Y5KXX63BMZT1).

All estimates are free of charge and valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and scope changes. A signed contract is required before work begins.
INSURANCE
Mavericks Construction LLC carries general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
WARRANTIES
Workmanship warranty terms are specified in each project contract. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

GOVERNING LAW
